Korede’s journey began with the establishment of the Timekeepers store in Grand Towers Mall, Abuja. Following this, the expert efficiently led the team in setting up stores in Polo Park Mall, Enugu, Apapa Mall, Lagos, and Festival Mall, Festac, Lagos. Each of these stores, located in destination malls, reflects a testament to her capability in understanding and catering to diverse regional retail demands.
At the Novare-Lekki Mall, her role transcended beyond mere setup. She was pivotal in training new employees on critical retail operations aspects, including merchandising, customer service, closing sales, after-sales service, sales reporting, and the use of sophisticated retail software. Moreover, her involvement in planning the launch of the prestigious brands GUESS and Gc, in Nigeria at this latest outlet showcased her strategic thinking and execution skills. Korede is a graduate of Hotel and Catering Management from the prestigious Yaba College of Technology and holds a Proficiency Certificate in Management from the Nigerian Institute of Management Nigeria, and a level 6 Diploma in Business Management from the Association of Business Executives United Kingdom. She is completing her Postgraduate Honour’s Degree in Consumer Science from the University of South Africa, Pretoria, South Africa, and has worked in different capacities in the last 10 years post-graduation from her first degree.
